Job Title: Business Development Executive - Law Firms

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in London. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling an extensive portfolio of products to law firms across the UK. This is a hybrid role requiring both account management and closing new business prospects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Renew and grow existing accounts while generating new business across a selection of products.
  2. Develop in-depth market and sector knowledge of clients and competitors that is shared within the company to enhance the client experience and product development.
  3. Develop and implement plans to meet and exceed quarterly new business and renewal targets.
  4. Outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.

Requirements:
  1. 1+ years of B2B sales/account management experience.
  2. Previous experience selling marketing solutions within the legal or professional services market is desirable but not essential.
  3. A first-class track record of sales performance, excellent rapport building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated team player who can exceed goals and revenue expectations, with the ability to work on their own initiative while building positive and rewarding working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  5. Experience of using a CRM system.
  6. An aptitude for working towards deadlines and succeeding in a target-driven environment.
