About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Ward team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the maintenance of our outstanding CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the supervision and maintenance of the highest standard of care to patients and departments.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of experienced clinical individuals to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and respectful environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individual needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to our core values of Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity, and Pride in all aspects of your work.

About You:

  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert with excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • RGN / NMC registered with prior orthopaedic experience.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
