About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Expert to join our Inpatient Ward team at Horder Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse with a strong background in orthopaedic care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating empathy and excellent communication skills.
  • Supervise and maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring a seamless service is provided at all times.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of our CQC Outstanding rating, upholding the values of Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity, and Pride.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in orthopaedic care, with a strong understanding of patient needs and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
