About the Role

The Horder Centre is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join their inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward. As a clinical expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the ward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the supervision and maintenance of the highest standard of care to patients and the wider departments.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals.
  • Ensure the efficient and seamless service is provided at all times.
  • Contribute to the delivery of 5-star service to everyone who walks through The Horder Centre doors.

About You

  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert with excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • RGN / NMC registered with prior orthopaedic experience.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with patients and teams.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Please note that the salary shown is the full-time equivalent, and the salary will be pro-rata in line with contracted part-time hours.
