About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward, at The Horder Centre. As a clinical expert, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with a close-knit team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and supervise the delivery of high-standard care to patients, ensuring an efficient and seamless service is provided at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider departments to maintain the highest standard of care and ensure a 5-star service is provided to all patients.
- Be available to work on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts, with enhanced rates of pay offered for these periods.
About You
- You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, with excellent communication skills and empathy.
- RGN / NMC registered, with prior orthopaedic experience.
- Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre.
- Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams.
- Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
- Ensure that your working ethic remains aligned to our core values as a group: Caring, Friendly, Quality, Integrity, and Pride.
