About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward, at Horder Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of patient care, ensuring the highest standards of care and compassion are maintained.
- Supervise and maintain the efficient operation of the ward, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
