Job Summary:
Platform Recruitment is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to key stakeholders to inform business decisions.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals and develop strategic solutions to address them.
Requirements:
- At least five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering, tech, or manufacturing company.
- Proven track record of data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
- CIPD or similar qualification.

A competitive salary of up to £65k, depending on previous experience, and great company benefits.
