Job Summary:

Platform Recruitment is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to key stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify key issues impacting operational goals and develop strategic solutions to address them.

Requirements:

  • At least five years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering, tech, or manufacturing company.
  • Proven track record of data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
  • CIPD or similar qualification.
