Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Administrator in High Wycombe

Adecco is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional business-to-business customer service and support.

  1. Customer Enquiries and Orders

Process customer orders and monitor customer stock, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deal with customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing professional and empathetic support.
  2. Manage core customer data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  3. Contribute to demand and supply planning, working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs.
  4. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a strong customer service/client-facing background, with intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP preferred.
