Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Blue Octopus. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative assistance to our Sales Account Managers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales calls and forward them to relevant sales contacts within the company.
  • Coordinate tender responses internally, working closely with Account Managers to meet deadlines.
  • Create and update templates for NDA, PQQ, tender, and interview documentation.
  • Develop and maintain sales teams' presentations.
  • Set up, copy, scan, and store documents, ensuring internal databases are updated as required.
  • Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing as necessary to ensure they are up-to-date.
  • Assist with coordinating and sourcing client entertainment and events.
  • Liaise with and distribute project-related information with all levels of the project team and external parties.
  • Attend sales meetings as required.
  • Manage CPD bookings.
  • Conduct sales research from LinkedIn, industry press, and online posts, feeding potential leads to sales teams.
  • Handle sample requests in conjunction with the factory.
  • Produce and maintain a file of drawings from recently completed projects.
  • Provide reception cover in the absence of the receptionist.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Confidence in producing reports and using Excel.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.
  • AutoCAD experience is an advantage but not essential.
