Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing Manager to lead our team in driving Family Fund's communications and marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Head of Group Communications and Marketing to develop and execute strategic communications and marketing plans that align with our organisational strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated communications and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Lead the development of high-impact content and campaigns to engage our target audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communications and marketing activities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications and marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a communications and marketing role, with a strong track record of developing and executing effective communications and marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
