Tripod Social Care is seeking a highly skilled Qualified Social Worker with experience in Child Protection to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build relationships with vulnerable children, young people, and families, as well as other stakeholders.
  • Formulate, implement, and review care plans in a statutory Children's Services setting.
  • Conduct timely assessments of service users' needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
