Job Summary:
Zest Business Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Optical Sales Executive to join our team. As an Optical Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, including high street opticians, GPs, and referral centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the referral base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including regular visits and communication
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Work closely with the hospital team to leverage opportunities and maintain internal relationships
- Manage own diary, meetings, and route planning to maximize productivity and efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven B-2-B sales experience, preferably in the optical industry
- Natural strong relationship builder with ability to work cross-functionally
- Driven, high energy, and a willingness to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary of £35,000 per annum
- £5,000 car allowance
- 30% commission on sales
- A range of additional benefits
