Carriera seeks an accomplished senior building surveyor to lead a hybrid consultancy team.

We collaborate with a renowned developer and asset manager dedicated to commercial and industrial sectors across the UK. Our organisation delivers a wide array of services, overseeing a vast portfolio exceeding 15 million sq. ft and catering to over 800 tenants.

The successful candidate will share responsibilities between client-side activities (30%) and consultancy work (70%), handling a diverse set of projects nationwide, including dilapidations, PPM, TDD, contract administration, and project management.

Job Overview:

  • Coordinating multiple dilapidations claims on behalf of asset managers and investors in strategic locations.
  • Project oversight of a 300,000 sq ft new-build industrial unit in East Anglia for a FTSE 250 company.

Key Qualifications:

  • Hold Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) status with notable commercial experience.
  • Expertise in both client-facing and consultancy aspects of building surveying.
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and deliver premium advice to clients.
  • Management experience is highly valued.
