Project Overview">

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy team.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects across various sectors, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years of commercial building surveying experience
  • A professional degree within building surveying
  • A full driving license
  • AutoCAD experience and knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
