The Position

You will be instrumental in shaping the future of the Austin Fraser London office by delivering outstanding results to clients and supporting the Director in establishing a robust team.

This role offers an exceptional platform for a motivated Building Surveyor to advance and grow professionally. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior surveyors, guiding them through their APC process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overseeing and delivering projects across multiple sectors.
  2. Conducting thorough technical assessments, condition surveys, and planned maintenance.
  3. Supporting the Director in building and leading a high-performing team.
  4. Mentoring junior surveyors and assisting with their APC journey.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  1. MRICS qualification (preferred) or working towards chartership.
  2. RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying.
  3. Demonstrated experience within private practice or consultancy.
  4. Strong expertise in commercial, residential, and education sectors.
  5. Excellent communication and team-building skills.

£55,000 - £65,000
