About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at The Selection Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and improve ad performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of Google Ads and Meta, with experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • UK-based, with the ability to commute to our office in Oldbury, Monday to Friday.
