About the Role:
The Selection Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personally create, place, and schedule all paid marketing/advertising across a variety of digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Maintain company image and promotional objectives, adhering to terms and conditions when building ads and ad copies.
- Create and build campaign strategy, including keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Plan, develop, implement, and optimize all paid marketing campaigns and channels, tracking success and reporting back on findings.
- Continuously look for ways to improve paid advertisements by increasing CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, allowing for budget adjustments.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and all areas of paid search following corporate objectives.
- Landing page optimization/implementation.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share.
- Test, implement, and optimize digital search campaigns as well as paid social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in PPC and SEO.
- Good understanding of Google and Meta.
- Good understanding of reporting platforms such as Analytics and Data Studio.
- Excellent knowledge of advertising platforms.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency, engaging, and professional marketing advertisements.
- UK-based and able to commute to the company's office Monday to Friday.
- Sponsorship is not available, so you must have full leave to remain.
