We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Dunbar Education.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a primary-aged child who has additional needs in a Telford primary school, providing individualized support to help them achieve their full potential.

  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals.
  • Offer one-to-one support to the child, focusing on their strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that fosters social interaction and emotional well-being.
Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in supporting children with special educational needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of child development and learning theories.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a related field.
  • Training in strategies for supporting children with diverse needs, such as autism or ADHD.

Remuneration Package:

  • Salary range £29,000-£34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
