About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Substance Misuse Nurse to join our team at HMP Leeds, a category B men's prison in West Yorkshire.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with substance misuse issues, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to individuals with substance misuse issues
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment and support
- Provide education and training to individuals and staff on substance misuse issues
