Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to join our Calderdale Recovery Steps Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of substance misuse interventions, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload by developing, implementing, and reviewing individualized recovery plans that cater to each person's unique needs and circumstances.
- Foster a supportive environment by facilitating and promoting the progression of individuals from initial engagement into structured treatment programs.
- Collaborate closely with key partners and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes for our clients.
- Utilize co-production principles to empower service users, encouraging them to take an active role in their recovery journey and become involved in service user forums that enhance their experience and sense of belonging.
- Apply intensive and co-created recovery solutions, focusing on strengths-based approaches that prioritize individual and community assets.
- Prioritize resourcefulness, effective communication, and resilience in the face of challenges, ensuring that high-quality support is consistently delivered to those who need it most.

Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Please note that this is a fixed-term position for 12 months, with opportunities for renewal and career progression within the organization.
