In your role as a Lead Care Coordinator, you will take on the responsibility of serving as a corporate guardian and champion for Children in Need. Your primary objective will be to foster the well-being and growth of the children and young people entrusted to your care, empowering them to flourish and achieve their utmost potential.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Create a supportive and secure atmosphere for children and young individuals
  • Collaborate with health professionals to execute a therapeutic care framework
  • Assist the care team in providing customized support solutions
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and quality benchmarks
