About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Norton Court House, a specialist longer-term service for children and young people with a diagnosed Learning Disability and who display challenging behaviour as a result.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with children and young people, establishing methods of communication to reduce barriers when necessary
  • Assist with mealtimes, activities of daily living, and personal care as needed
  • Communicate any issues to the on-shift team leader or management
  • Accurately report and/or record work activities
