About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technology Solutions to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions that drive business growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Own the technical platforms and architecture for our technology estate, with a focus on application and user experience.
  • Project Management: Manage technical delivery for business-driven projects, from solution design to service transition.
  • Technical Roadmap: Establish and deliver technical roadmaps for all platforms.
  • DevOps and CICD: Establish a DevOps approach and CICD pipeline for key applications services.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with senior managers to translate strategic priorities into practical projects and programmes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire the Technology Solutions team, including carrying out people management tasks.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a Head of Technology Solutions or similar senior role, ideally in a charity or social care environment.
  • Technical Expertise: A thorough knowledge of technology solutions, including Applications, Platforms, Cyber Security, Cloud, and Integration.
  • Project Management: Project and Programme Management skills, capable of working on multiple projects and initiatives at the same time.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work with teams of varying technical abilities.
  • Supplier Management: Experience of managing suppliers in a multi-supplier environment.
  • Cyber Security: Knowledge of Cyber Security principles and IT architecture, including developing architecture models using TOGAF or equivalent methodology.
  • Project Management Tools: Knowledge of Project and Programme Management tools and techniques, for example Agile (all variants) or PRINCE2.
