Your Role

You will support the Contracts Manager in scheduling works for engineers.

You will work on service, repair, and planned works for contracts within the Social Housing and Local Authority sector.

You will be responsible for effectively scheduling works and prioritizing appointments throughout the day.

You will record all activity from inbound calls and assist in dealing with emergency calls from residents and clients.
