Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Manager to join our UK Healthcare segment at Sodexo. This role is based on site at Queens Hospital Romford, a modern and state-of-the-art healthcare facility.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary range of £31,800 - £33,500 per annum, plus access to a range of benefits including employer pension contribution and life assurance.

Job Description

This Administrative Support Manager role will provide effective and professional support to the Business Director and Senior Management Team within our Healthcare segment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending management meetings and creating action plans.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and site visits.
  • Providing administrative support during holidays and absences.
  • Participating in organizing and planning team administrative duties.
  • Supporting senior management in delivering contractual reports and internal labor/performance KPI dashboards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience of note taking in meetings and producing action plans.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
