Healthcare Professional Day Care Assistant

We are seeking a Complex Care Healthcare Assistant to join Harmony Healthcare, offering tailored home care services for diverse needs. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Epilepsy and PEG feeding, with a passion for person-centred care and ability to work in community-based complex care settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer medication, including epilepsy rescue medication and nebulizers
- Provide personal care, including oral suctioning and ventilation
- Assist with feeding and hydration
- Maintain accurate records of care provided
