About the Company:
We are a leading manufacturer of innovative own brand products designed to challenge the market. With over 25 years in the business, we have four dedicated office spaces, including a production office in China and support in India.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and organised Telesales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new B2B sales leads and expanding our customer base. You will work through a database of potential customers, cold calling prospective client businesses around the UK, and identifying and qualifying leads before passing them across to sales colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B sales leads and expand our customer base.
- Work through a database of potential customers and cold call prospective client businesses around the UK.
- Identify and qualify leads before passing them across to sales colleagues.
- Organise call-back diaries and update the CRM system.
- Help grow our pipeline of potential sales opportunities and warm leads.
Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar telesales or customer contact role.
- Enthusiastic, confident, articulate, and great interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, resilient, and tenacious.
- Ability to think on your feet and take an organised and planned approach to your work.
