Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled professional to provide executive administrative support to the leadership team at BSL Home Improvements Ltd in Chislehurst.

This full-time role involves providing high-level administrative assistance, managing complex diaries, and offering general administrative and clerical support.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing personal and executive administrative support to the Senior Leader
  • Managing diaries and coordinating appointments with external stakeholders
  • Offering general administrative and clerical assistance as required

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.

A previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

We expect the successful candidate to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
