We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BSL Home Improvements Ltd, a growing company serving domestic homes.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid position that involves providing personal and executive administrative assistance to our Director. The role requires managing diaries, providing general administrative and clerical support, and some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Assistance: Provide high-level support to the Director, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Executive Administrative Assistance: Manage the Director's schedule, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Administrative and Clerical Support: Handle various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Abilities: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous Experience: Preferably have experience in a similar role or equivalent administrative position.
Working Arrangements

The ideal candidate will be based in Chislehurst, with some flexibility for remote work. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
