Senior Executive Assistant

**Green Harvest CC Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team**
Green Harvest CC Ltd is a social care provider and operates several children and family services across Essex and South London. This role involves supporting the Senior Leadership Team of a fast-growing start-up so you will thrive working in a fast-paced culture and enjoy being part of the future of a growing business. You will need to be familiar with working at a senior level, proactive in your approach to understanding what the team is doing and work with mínimal supervision. The role will also encompass office and HR management duties as and when required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling enquiries and screening telephone calls
- Coordinating calendars
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Acting as a liaison
- Taking notes at meetings
- Creating regular reports and updating internal databases
- Responding promptly to managers’ queries
- Organising and maintaining office systems
- Lead with our staff hiring process
- Working inline and seeking advice with our external HR Department
- Manage our Asana platform
- Prepare minutes of meetings, agendas and information for the Senior Leadership Team
- Facilitating internal communication (e.g., distributing information and schedule presentations)
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and trouble malfunctions
- Review and recommend changes to our company policies
**Skills**:
In addition to relevant experience and administrative knowledge, you'll need to show evidence of the following:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience in working for a fast-paced start-up is an advantage
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in working on a 1:1 basis with a CEO or Director level individual is essential.
