We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Co-Ordinator to join our team at Spring Wood Lodge. As a key member of the hospital's administration department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we maintain high standards of compliance with CQC Regulations and NHSE Expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to work efficiently with complex databases and electronic patient records. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively liaise with staff at all levels and external bodies.

Responsibilities of this role include coordinating reports for submission to various external and internal bodies, overseeing monthly Quality Account Narratives and audit timetables, and leading on the development and review of tasks and actions required by the hospital and external bodies.

You will also provide administrative support across a range of areas, including the Site Improvement plan, and proactively liaise with staff to ensure that tasks and actions are completed.

As part of this role, you will work collaboratively with the Regional Quality Improvement Leads to ensure that audits are carried out as required. You will also line manage the full administration team, providing guidance and support where needed.
