We are seeking a talented High-Performance Service Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Solutions (Folkestone) Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in servicing and repairing prestige vehicles to work in a local, independent workshop.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed main dealer recommendations.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • To work efficiently and effectively to meet customer expectations.
  • To provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
  • NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A full clean driving licence.
  • MOT tester certification (an advantage).

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £28K to £40K depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus on turnover target achievement.
