Partner Success Manager

The Hut Group is seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership plans aligned with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience in using CRM and partner management tools. The Partner Success Manager will work closely with the Ingenuity Customer Success teams to identify partner upsell opportunities for Ingenuity customers. The role will also involve developing and delivering effective partner enablement programs, ensuring partners have a deep understanding of our products and services, and collaborating with partners to build co-marketing calendars. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in partner management or a related role and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The Hut Group offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and access to face-to-face and virtual appointments with our in-house GP.
