Ai Build Limited is a cutting-edge technology start-up looking for an experienced Chief Technology Officer to drive the technical direction and lead the development of a scalable cloud application. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions and a strong background in full-stack enterprise development.
About the RoleThe CTO will be responsible for playing a critical role in shaping and guiding the future growth and development of the organisation, recruiting and leading an experienced technical team, and developing a multi-year technology roadmap from concept to market.
Key responsibilities include reporting directly to the CEO, leading the technical vision, and collaborating with management to link market opportunities to specific technological efforts. The successful candidate will also develop a customer-first philosophy, underscored by a significant dose of empathy, and foster an environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Estimated salary: £160,000 - £200,000 per annum.
