About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Wildcat Careers Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business efficiency for our diverse client base through innovative technology solutions and exceptional relationship building.

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will collaborate closely with existing clients to identify technology needs and create customized solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to oversee and participate in the technical design of client project work and internal project work as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with existing clients to gain a deep understanding of their current and future tech requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for improvement and participate effectively in the process of innovative change.
  • Develop and manage technology roadmaps in alignment with clients' needs and organizational capabilities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by consistently delivering effective and innovative technology solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to develop solutions for new customers and ensure the successful execution of technical projects.
  • Engage as required in discussions with potential new clients, particularly in the absence of senior team members.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions and provide feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Establish and maintain systems, procedures, and methodologies to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Experience with MSP technology stack products including email security solutions, backup systems, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Full driving license and own transport.
