We are seeking an experienced Environmental Team Manager to join our team at RSK Group. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for managing all stages of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and providing direction and oversight to the regional Environmental Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams to deliver smarter and more sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all stages of EIA, including SEA and other environmental assessments and consents.
  • Provide direction and oversight to the regional Environmental Team.
  • Support business development and tenders.
  • Provide supervisor and mentor role to members of the environmental team.
  • Support recruitment.
Requirements
  • Environmental related degree.
  • Chartered with a relevant institute.
  • Thorough understanding of EIA, sustainability, and consenting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills and previous management/supervisory experience.
  • Understanding of commercial drivers of consultancy and ability to manage and work to programme and budget.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and development of client relationships.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Previous consultancy experience.
