Job Title: Lead Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Engineer to join our team at ABD Solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our autonomy stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and robustness of our autonomy stack.
  • Design and implement automated test equipment to verify the performance of our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements.
  • Manage and track defects through our defect tracking system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in software or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing test strategies for complex systems.
  • Expert knowledge of Python programming language and experience with automated test frameworks.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of robotics, electro/mechanical systems, and industrial automation.
