Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Negotiate, structure, and close new partnership deals, driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.">
  • Develop and execute business development plans to increase sales, leveraging industry insights and market trends.">
  • Manage multiple sales proposals, pitches, and follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.">
  • Analyze industry activity, identifying opportunities to inform commercial strategies and drive growth.">

Account Management & Other Duties

  • ">
  • Support the Account Manager in delivering brand partnerships across the Broadwick Live portfolio and external events/festivals.">
  • Provide sales administration and reporting services to internal teams and external clients, including post-event evaluation.">
  • Present necessary reports and financials to the Senior Business Partnerships team.">

You'll Need

  • ">
  • A proven track record in sales, generating new commercial partnerships, and delivering sales budgets, P+Ls.">
  • Strong relationships and contacts within the industry, with prior experience working in event brand partnerships.">
  • Must be highly organized, able to multitask, and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.">
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights/weekends, and a passion for electronic music (an asset but not essential).">

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
