Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Assistant to support our Customer Service Team. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our residents and customers, requiring excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and advice while providing general operational and administrative support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities
