Senior Financial Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Manager to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our financial services practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small team of financial services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with our financial advisers and paraplanners to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Oversee the management of client relationships, ensuring that our clients receive a service of excellence.
  • Manage the planning and execution of client corporate meetings, events, and entertainment.
  • Ensure that all HR tasks, including recruitment, training, and holiday monitoring, are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee marketing activity to promote our financial services practice and attract new clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a financial services management role, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
