Nurse Associate Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Associate to join our team at Wallingford Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for undertaking complex assessments of patients as an autonomous practitioner, working closely with senior nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will utilize your clinical reasoning skills, knowledge of evidence-based practice, and professional expertise to evaluate patient progress and alter treatment programmes as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake complex patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Utilize clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice to inform decision-making
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment programmes as necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care pathways and protocols
