We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse Associate to join our team at Wallingford Community Hospital.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse Associate, you will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting complex assessments of patients as an autonomous practitioner
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Completion of a Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
- Experience of working with older people
- Nursing within a community or acute-based environment
This is a permanent full-time or part-time position, with a competitive salary of £26,530 to £29,114 per annum (pro rata). The successful candidate will be based at Wallingford Community Hospital - St Leonard's Ward.
