Nurse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse Associate to join our team at Wallingford Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will be responsible for undertaking complex assessments of patients, utilizing your clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice to inform your decision-making. You will work autonomously, with the support of senior nursing staff, to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
You will also be responsible for evaluating patient progress, altering treatment programmes as necessary, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. Your ability to function effectively in a variety of environments, including wards, units, and patients' homes, will be essential in providing high-quality care to our patients.
