Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Reception Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front of House department and delivery of departmental performance and standards.
  • Help lead and manage the Front Desk and Night teams to exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Drive the performance of your team through coaching, regular feedback, support and accountability to deliver intuitive and consistent service.
  • Support the hotel's warm and professional guest arrival and departure experiences, along with ensuring all guest requests are proactively sought and fulfilled pre, during and post their stay, with coordinated inter-departmental communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
