About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Management Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

As a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will work closely with our clients, tenants, and colleagues to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately. You will also be responsible for preparing formal and detailed client reports on the property management service, quarterly, annually, and on an ad hoc basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the provision of common services to properties and tenants.
  • Working with landlords and tenants on all other matters relating to the clients' property portfolio.
  • Undertaking or arranging property inspections.
  • Assisting clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties.
  • Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet, and alter.

We are looking for a proactive, practical, and positive approach to work, with excellent and professional communication skills. Being MRICS is preferred, and as a Senior Property Management Surveyor, you will need to help support the early careers of our Graduates and Apprentices working towards their professional qualification.
