Senior Surveyor - Property & Asset Management

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is committed to delivering exceptional property management services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join our Property & Asset Management team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of assets for various client sizes, ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transition of client/properties in and out of JLL Property Management.
  • Prepare data for financial reporting and ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications.
  • Manage performance of third-party suppliers and review service charge budgets in accordance with RICS guidelines.
  • Identify and progress opportunities for cross-selling activities to the wider JLL teams.
  • Explore and keep up to date with new ideas and initiatives in the market and keep abreast of what our competitors are doing.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for providing added value initiatives for the client.
  • Develop and contribute to steering groups such as the Office and Industrial Boards within management services.
  • Identifying and actioning any asset management opportunities.
  • Leading Client meetings where directly responsible.
  • Building strong working relationships with existing clients.
  • Managing and supporting direct reports within the team.
  • Mentoring individuals across the business.

  • High attention to detail, well-organized, and a good initiative level.
  • A team player in a fast-moving dynamic team.
  • Show the ability to cross-sell other services within JLL.
  • Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic.
  • A desire to progress and generate new business.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internal and external to JLL, including with clients.
  • Forward thinking and proactive.
  • Can supervise and develop team members.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
