Job Description

We are seeking a Waste Management Solutions Specialist to join our Reactive Services team at Biffa plc. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Biffa's waste management solutions to new and existing customers, managing and developing their own sales pipeline, and working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sell Biffa's waste management solutions to new and existing customers through phone, email, and occasional site visits.
  2. Manage and develop a sales pipeline worth £1m+ per year, closing deals that meet or exceed targets.
  3. Collaborate with internal Account Management and Business Development teams to support tenders and re-bids, providing effective solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in presenting to customers via phone, video, or face-to-face.
