About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Wetherby Manor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of resident rooms and communal areas
  • Use cleaning products effectively and follow health and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to residents' needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a high standard of care
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or care role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and data protection policies
