We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wetherby Manor, a luxury care home providing 24-hour residential and dementia care, assisted living, and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our residents' living areas, communal spaces, and facilities.
  • Use cleaning products effectively, following health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to residents' needs and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
  • Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work safely with cleaning products and equipment.
  • Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Health and safety awareness, including COSHH regulations.
