About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housekeeper to join our team at Wetherby Manor. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers.
- Use cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and care.
Requirements
- Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent experience.
- Previous cleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work safely and effectively with cleaning products.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including COSHH.
